“After having some invasive investigations on my knee the surgeon told me that I needed to have a knee replacement. However, I was told I was too young at the age of 39 and was offered alternatives one of which was taking strong pain killers. I was lucky enough to find David who’s not only living proof that Egoscue works but is really passionate about it. He listened to my injuries and examined my posture then gave me tailor made (no pun intended!) posture alignment exercises to do every morning. In less than a week I felt an improvement and haven’t taken any pain killers. My work is physical and I am on my feet all day so it is essential for me to have a healthy posture to maintain my joints. Egoscue is better than any surgery and works. “
