At any time, any moment ⛅️ image #childrensmentalhealthweek Tonight in my “It’s Good to be ME” club, children will be practising their breath work with teddies on their tummies. With each breath in, they will make their teddies rise and as they exhale, their tummy contracts and they will see if their teddy can fall off their tummy! Teaching deep breathing techniques to children, in a fun way 🙃 My youngest is always happy to practice before bedtime too 😃
